CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Unfortunately we are unable to make any change or cancel your order once it has been placed.

Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address, phone N° and delivery address.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

RETURN

Damages during shipment :

The client must check the product before signing the carrier’s receipt and accept it only if the external packaging does’t present any mark of bump or leak… and control the product inside. Sometimes the packaging is no good and the garment inside is ok.

PLEASE CHECK BEFORE SIGN !!!

We need your delivery receipt with your handwritten reserves

For any problem with the damages from the delivery please contact us by email .

Exchange:

We accept the return exchange with some conditions:

The exchange are only possible on the same product, same color, for a different size.

Any returned piece damaged by the customer will not be exchanged or refunded.

The garment must be clean, no washed.

The client shall send back the product, with a good packaging, within a 7 days ( weekday period) as attested by the date postmarked by EMS or carrier.

The client must ask before on: contact@misskomo.com a number of RMA ( return). When you receive it you can send us by EMS( with tracking N°) to our address in Indonesia ( Bali)

The client must pay the return.

If the other size is out of stock and we cannot exchange, we will refund the amount of the order.
